Refund & Return Policy

At Music Perfume UAE, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:
- The product is unused
- The item is in original packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes and fragrance products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation is issued.
